Do we provide specific sports advice?
- No, you cannot find this in the report. We know that the microbiota is crucial for a healthy energy balance. In our report, you'll find detailed information about this and the status of your bacteria. This can already support you in sports. However, science has not yet determined the ideal composition for athletes.
What we don't offer:
- We cannot determine if you absorb certain substances (such as proteins) based on gut bacteria. Based on your microbiota, we cannot determine which probiotics you should take (unfortunately, science has not yet progressed far enough).
